Bro. Bill Ascol
Senior Pastor
Bro. Bill Ascol began his ministry at Bethel in September 2005 after 28 years ministering in Louisiana Baptist churches.
He is a former Vice-President of the Executive Board of the Louisiana Baptist Convention as well as a former President
of the Louisiana Baptist Pastors' Conference. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of
Founders Ministries and is the Coordinator of the
Saved By Faith Youth Challenge Camps for young people.
He received the MDiv degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Bill and his wife, Karen, have five children and three grandchildren.

Bro. Bill Stinson
Pastor of Education and Evangelism
Bro. Bill Stinson came to Bethel in May of 1992. He began his ministry at Bethel as Minister of Education, Outreach, and
Administration. Currently, he serves as Pastor of Education and Evangelism. Bill has served churches in Oklahoma, Arkansas,
and Tennessee. Bro. Bill is a graduate of Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, MO with a double major in Religious Studies
and Church Recreation.
He and his wife, Mary, have six children. His hobbies include woodworking, camping, and fly-fishing.

Bro. Kirby Skaggs
Pastor of Music, Seniors and Single Adults
Bro. Kirby Skaggs has been on the Bethel staff since August 1983. He began his ministry here as the Minister of Music
and Youth. Since that time, Bro. Kirby has filled the positions of Outreach/Education and Senior Adults Minister. He is
currently Minister of Music, Singles, and Sr. Adults.
Bro. Kirby has a music education degree from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah. He served churches in Barnsdall, Tulsa, and Stroud before coming to Owasso in 1983. He and his wife, Kay, have been married 35 years. They have two grown children and six grandchildren.

Bro. Michael Jordan
Pastor of Students
Bro. Michael Jordan began his ministry at Bethel in July 2008 after serving bi-vocationally in churches
in Oklahoma City. As well as serving churches in the role of pastor and student pastor, he taught
Worldviews, Philosophy, History, and Bible at a private Christian school. He currently serves as
recreation coordinator of the Saved By Faith Youth Challenge. Michael graduated from Oklahoma Baptist
University in 1991. He received a Master of Divinity degree from Southeastern Baptist Theological
Seminary in 1996.
Michael and his wife, Tammy, have been married 17 years. They have six children ranging from 16 to 7 years of age.
